All mounts and brackets are carefully laser cut and machined from billet steel. Each tube is carefully bent and machined to fit, and all completed components are carefully assembled and Heli-arc (TIG) welded in precision fixtures. EACH AND EVERY ATLAS CHASSIS IS HAND FINISHED AND CAREFULLY INSPECTED BEFORE IT LEAVES OUR FACILITY. ATLAS Pro Magnum Basic WIDE DRIVE Custom Motorcycle CHASSIS KITATLAS PRO MAGNUM has engineered and developed a lowered custom built precision WIDE DRIVE chassis for those Harley® enthusiasts who wish to run a big rear tire on your Softail® along with keeping the rear belt drive. The Atlas chassis kit will accept a 180 X 18 rear tire using a 5.5 rim with stock width belt of 200 tire with a 1 1/8 belt or chain drive. By widening out our swing arm and axel width and moving the motor and transmission to the left we have achieved a great ride with no shifting to the left. ATLAS Pro Magnum 250 WIDE DRIVE Custom Softail Motorcycle CHASSIS KITThis frame is set up to take a 250 tire on an 8.5 rim (10 wide) with stock 2000 belt and a 70 tooth pulley combination. A shorter belt 130 tooth will be needed if you use a 65 tooth rear pulley. The 250 chassis is set up to take 89 thru 99 Softail® shocks and belt guard. They are also set up to take the pre-2000 Softail® seat mount custom fender struts 89-99 Softail® forward controls Evo® Fat-Bob tank mounts or a custom tank application. Atlas will supply with all of our 250 B Softail® Frames the front and rear motor/tranny mounting bolts washers spacers and nuts in plain steel or as an option we also offer the same combination in chrome for an additional charge. This 250 chassis is set up to take 2000 Softail shocks and belt drive universal caliper and hanger kit or custom brake system pre 2000 Softail® seat custom fender struts 89-99 or 2000 Up Softail forward controls Evo® Fat Bob® mounts or custom gas tank application. The coil needs to be mounted on the top motor mount Dyna® style. The frame utilizes a top mount oil tank such as the Atlas center fill plain steel winged oil tank that is custom fitted to the contours of the side plates on the frame. The oil tank comes with top and rear mounting hardware. This frame also requires the use of a Right Side Drive transmission available from Baker Drivetrain. ATLAS Pro Magnum DYNA DRAGON SWING ARM Custom Motorcycle CHASSISThe Dyna® Dragon Swing Arm Chassis for Single and Twin Cam A® engines is not a stock replacement frame for stock Dyna Models. This frame will take a top tube stretch of 3in maximum and a front leg stretch of 4in with any neck rake. The frame takes all stock OEM Dyna® front rear and top motor mounts. The frame is set up with Softail seat mounts and uses a custom seat stock OEM swing arm bearings and pivot assembly. You can use your stock OEM axel and adjusters or use the Atlas custom axle adjusters. The frame uses the 412 series gas shocks 12in which gives you a 6in frame to ground clearance and 4 1/2in oil pan to to ground clearance. The swing arm requires the use of the atlas custom rear caliper and hanger kit not stock. A stock Dyna® belt guard may be used. The frame takes a 180 rear tire with stock Dyna belt 200 with Harley® 1 1/8in belt or chain drive. When using the Harley® 1 1/8 belt you need to change the transmission pulley to 1 tooth larger than stock. The basic chassis kit comes with: Frame, Swing Arm, Your Choice Of Neck Rake and Stretch. ATLAS Pro Magnum SPORTY WIDE DRIVE 180 Custom Motorcycle CHASSIS KITSportster Wide Drive 180 Softail Chassis. The Wide Drive chassis kit for Sporsters® will accept a 180/55 X 18 rear tire on a 5.5 rim. The frame accepts all Evo® and Ironhead® Sportster motors from 1979 to present. This chassis kit is also available for Buell® motors. The neck is set up to take 1in Timken bearings and 3/4in diameter axle and disc brakes. When running the Buell® rear wheel the rear section will be set up for a 1in axel. To run this chassis you must be shifting on the left and braking on the right with disk brake in the rear. If you are tearing down a Sportster you can use the front end front wheel tank or tanks motor/tranny wiring harness pulleys rear brakes etc. You cannot use your oil tank as this frame requires a special Atlas tank or custom tank you fabricate yourself as the Big Twin® tank is too large and the stock Sportster® tank is too small. The rear section is set up for the wide tire so you will need a special fender fender struts tire and wheel. You can also use your stock rear wheel but you will have to get a stock Softail rear fender and solid fender struts.
