Managing director and head of construction is Jens Stach. He worked 13 years in the development department of Porsche AG, leading to the head of the department for construction of suspension-systems, and he developed in this time over 50 wheel patents, including the revolutionary hollow spoke concept for the Porsche 996 Turbo. Lightcon GmbH (since 1999), with headquarters in Leonberg,Germany,  is no classical engineer's blacksmiths who specializes only  in development. Here everything is done  by high-quality  design and  construction to the level expected in the automobile industry and the component creation of all parts  with the lightest weight using high-tech technology. Lightcon also develops rims for many well known engineering and automobile companies.
